My Workflow always shows as incomplete even though I downloaded the app
The Workflows require the signed application be uploaded back into the workflow after the app has been signed on your local computer. This is so that the Platform can retain a historical record of the entire application lifecycle. It is also required if you are using any of the deployment functions on the Platform.
