My modified app won't load a web page that I know is available

My modified app won’t load a web page that I know is available.

Dependent upon the SDK or connectivity options you chose to integrate the app with, the app may be attempting to traverse new network pathways. For example if you are using Secure Connectivity or an SDK that tunnels the app traffic such as Dynamics. When an app has its traffic tunneled it will now need to traverse an entirely new network path. Please ensure that your endpoint resource is available from within the network you are now connected to. If your resources are publicly available on the internet please ensure that you have the ability to traverse your internal network and reach the internet from there.
