Can I use apps from the public app stores?
No you cannot.
Apps that are on the public app stores are DRM protected and the rights to modify those apps are restricted. If you have an app you have developed or using from a vendor you will need to obtain the non DRM or unsigned binary from the developer before you can upload it to Blue Cedar
